Moreover, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay at Creta Maris. We are very surprised reading your negative comment about our “Greek Restaurant”, as we implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) standards, a Management System to assure security & hygiene of food and beverage offered in all our restaurants. Thus, we can guarantee that the offered food and drink are absolutely safe for consumption. Moreover, as you did not mention the name of the restaurant, we can assume that you are referring to our restaurant Pithos, a traditional Cretan style a la carte restaurant offering delicacies of Cretan cuisine. Please allow us to clarify that Pithos offers rich dinner with specially selected and presented Cretan tastes, while it has been certified since 2012 by Bio Hellas for the use of organic products. As regards the cats, allow us to mention that we are trying to have all stray cats in one area (around the cat house located at the main entrance) in order to take care of them and do not disturb the guests. We also ask our guests not to feed the cats as the main consequent of feeding them is that on a later stage they disturb the guests as they expect to be fed. As already mentioned, there is a special cat house with cat food and water. We would like to thank you once again for your review and all the comments written.
