Eine sehr große Anlage die viel bietet. Ist zwar ein Sandstrand direkt am Hotel, aber im Wasser sehr viele Steine und Löcher. Das Essen war gut, aber oft nur lauwarm. Die Shows wiederholen sich scheinbar wöchentlich, aber vielleicht war es nur Zufall da wir nur eine Woche im Hotel waren. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Im Hauptrestaurant wurde die Kleiderordnung nicht durchgesetzt was ich als störend empfand, bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel sollte darauf geachtet werden. Am Pool werden die Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert, dagegen sollte mehr vorgegangen werden. Die Themenrestaurants können wir empfehlen. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden auch wiederkommen.

We would also like to thank you for your comments as we consider them the best way to improve our services and facilities. However, please allow us to give you some explanation on the above-mentioned points. Regarding the food temperature please be kindly informed that all our restaurants follow a standard procedure with the temperature of all dishes. Nevertheless, in case a guest prefers a different temperature on his dish he may contact the restaurant staff and it will be happy to assist. As regards the dress code applied in our restaurants during dinner, please be kindly informed that dress code is applied following our guests’ wishes. Thus, we do our best in order for it to be implemented by all our guests. Concerning the sunbed reservation, we would like to explain that it is inevitable that some areas of our resort, like our main swimming pool, will accommodate the majority of our guests. However, as Creta Maris Beach Resort is located in an area of 150,000 sq.m. and offers 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one more quiet area. Our pool attendants are also happy to assist our guests finding an available sunbed. Thank you once again for your feedback.
