Das Hotel ist voll mit Familen (kleine Kinder) und Katzen. Das muss man mögen, wer romantischen Pärchenurlaub machen will, sollte woanders hin. Klar gibt es auch Adults Bereiche, aber es schreit immer irgendwo ein Kind. Die Anlage ist groß, es gibt verschiedene Restaurants, der untere Teil am Strand wurde auch schon renoviert (das Buffetrestaurant, die Bar, etc), der obere Teil über die Brücke hinweg ist noch altmodisch. Katzen waren immer überall, auf den Liegen, beim Essen, das war für uns persönlich richtig mies.
Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe, waren aber doch schon recht altmodisch, und die Toilette stank sehr.
Es gab mehrere Restaurants (Buffet und Menü), man hat immer etwas gefunden. Allerdings musste man sich vorab immer einen Tisch reservieren und da hieß es schnell sein, sonst ist zur gewünschten Uhrzeit kein Platz mehr.
Super Service, immer flink! Sehr viele Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, hier sollte man vielleicht gerade zur Mittagszeit noch 1 oder 2 an den Poolbars und an der Gyros-Station abstellen. Da bildeten sich manchmal sehr lange Schlangen, während sich das Personal im Restaurant vor den Füßen stand.
Top Lage, 25 Minuten vom Flughafen, direkt am Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, etc. alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Aber viele Ausflugsziele mindestens 1,5 h entfert.

Es gibt Aninmationsprogramme für Groß und Klein, ein Spa, Billiard, etc. Schade, dass man für Billiard noch mal extra zahlen muss (2 Euro pro Runde). Das sollte in einem 5 -Sterne Haus inklusive sein.

The lack of harsh winters and abundance of food makes it easy for them to survive outdoors and their greatest problems are other cars and dogs. In Creta Maris, all forms of life are respected and treated with kindness, and we do care for the stray cats that happen to live near the resort. We understand though that their presence might not be always pleasant and that is why managing their inevitable presence in the most respectful and ethical way is a matter of great concern to us. We have created designated cat houses and feeding stations, which are located away from the major public areas of the resort, and we kindly ask all our guests not to feed them individually in order to discourage bothersome behaviors that the cats can easily pick up.
