Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments and will take them into our consideration, to ameliorate even more our accommodation in the future! However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the above-mentioned points of your review. We are sorry to read that you were disappointed with your room’s cleanliness, as we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. We hope you have mentioned your dissatisfaction to our Guest Service desk in order for us to inspect the room and act accordingly. As regards the provision of the toilet paper as well as the toiletries, they are replaced as soon as they are consumed. We are sorry to read that the toilet paper was not replaced on time, and hope you have mentioned it to our Guest Service desk or the reception, so we could provide you a new one. Further, please be kindly informed that since our Main Restaurant Cosmos serve more than 700 simultaneously, for hygiene reasons, since the outdoor temperature is high, we are not allowed to have the windows open. However, there is always the option of outdoor dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra for lunch and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner).
