As our main goal is to have satisfied guests, we hope you have informed us about the problems you faced with the air condition, the refrigerator and the shower in your room, so we could have sent a technician to fix them or to offer you another room available. As regards, the mosquitoes, we would like to point out that we offer mosquito repellent tablets in the room. Concerning the offered food, we do our best in order to satisfy all the tastes, while at the same time to provide high quality local ingredients. In the 6 restaurants found on the premises of Creta Maris Beach Resort, traditional cuisine meets with "guest cuisines". We hope you have mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular culinary need of yours.
