We would like to assure you we will take into consideration your comments and do our best to ameliorate our services even more in the future. Please let us inform you that we do have a dress code during dinner. Although we cannot enforce our guests to follow it, we do kind reminders so that each and all of our guests to feel comfortable. As regards the incident on the 17th of June, please allow us to explain that the staff members acted immediately offering first aid to the lady in need. Everything happened very quickly and nothing could be done in a better way. We hope our guests can understand that incidents like this unfortunately happen every day. To continue with, concerning the attempted robbery let us clarify that Creta Maris Beach Resort dealt with the incident in the best possible manner and in full cooperation with the police. We did take all necessary measures in order to protect all the attendees and to insure the place. Moreover, now, we definitely feel stronger than before in regard to our security measures and our raised team spirit. Nevertheless, we would like to thank you once more for taking the time to describe your impressions and we do hope to have the chance to welcome you in our hotel again in the near future and offer you the best possible holidays.
