Sehr große Anlage, die trotzdem nicht überfüllt wirkt und genügend Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung bietet. Großes Manko: Die Liegen am Strand stehen zu eng und die unzählige Raucher am Strand, die ohne Rücksicht auf Familien/Schwangere/Nichtraucher permanent für schlechte Luft sorgen. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt, obwohl wir ein Deluxezimmer hatten.
Positiv: 1. Gebuchtes Zimmer mit Meerblick erhalten, obwohl man schon Fantasie mitbringen musste, dass das Meer das blaue zwischen all den Poolschirmen und Strandschirmen war. 2. Zimmer war angenehm groß Negativ: 1. Zimmer roch modrig bei Ankunft 2. Sauberkeit okay, aber danach hatte die Putzfrau anscheinend keine Lust mehr gründlich zu putzen. Im Bad wurde vermutlich nie gewischt und auch im restlichen Zimmer wurde nur grob gewischt. 3. Betten waren okay. Aber es war nervig sie jedes Mal wieder zusammen zu schieben, nur weil die Betten gemacht wurden. Es gibt ja auch andere Varianten eine Decke ordentlich auf das Bett zu legen. 4. Badezimmer viel zu klein für 2 Personen. 5. Zimmer konnte gut verdunkelt werden, aber das permanente grüne Licht von der Brandmeldeanlage im Zimmer war nur mit Abhängen zu ertragen. 6. Zimmer wirkte insgesamt sehr abgewohnt, obwohl es erst 2015 renoviert war.
Essen war sehr lecker. Themenabende wiederholen sich nach einer Woche. Unbedingt die anderen Restaurants mit Reservierung ausprobieren. Wenn 500 Menschen essen gehen, dann kann die Geräuschkulisse schon einmal etwas lauter sein.
Alle sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Anfahrt vom Flughafen ca. 1 Stunde Hotel liegt am Hang, sodass der Weg von ganz oben nach ganz unten etwas mühsam ist Bis zu den ersten Souvenirläden war es nicht weit

As concerns your comment about the long walking distances, we would like to mention that our lobby staff can always assist guests to move around the resort with the club cars. Moreover, we hope you had mentioned your dissatisfaction with the room to our Guest Service agents, so we could try to offer you another room available. As it concerns the cleanliness of your room we would like to explain that as we consider it one of the most important sectors of the stay we do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. Thus, every single room in the resort is being cleaned once a day and is always checked after by housekeeping manager. We hope you had informed about the condition of your room, so we could have inspected it and acted accordingly. Continuing, we understand your frustration regarding the green light, however, please be kindly informed that it is an emergency lighting system that automatically turns on during night, so to show the exit. Regarding, our main restaurant “Cosmos”, please be kindly informed that it is the biggest restaurant of our resort and can accommodate simultaneously up to 700 guests. However, we also offer the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is smaller in size and probably would made you feel more comfortable. Furthermore, according to the Greek legislation and the smoking law, effective from 1 September 2010, smoking is forbidden in closed public or private places. At the beach, smoking cannot be forbidden as it is an open-air public area, however, as we totally understand your point of view, we promise to take it in consideration for future actions.
