Das Hotel Creta Maris Beach Resort hat für uns keine 5 Sterne verdient. Verglichen mit anderen Hotels die wir besucht haben hätten wir 3 Sterne für Creta Maris vergeben. Sauberkeit im Zimmer wurde auch vernachlässigt. Wir hatten 3 Tage ein Glas im Zimmer mit einem Haar drinnen das täglich wieder umgedreht wurde anstatt es auszutauschen. Das Bad wurde auch nur teilweise geputzt. Um an Liegen am Hauptpool zu kommen mußte man sich schon um halb acht zum Pool legen. Die Reinigung am und um den Pool begann aber auch erst um halb acht, so daß noch neben unserer Liege der Boden erst abgestrahlt wurde,der Pool gereinigt wurde und die letzten Getränke Becher vom Vortag entfernt wurden.
Das Mobiliar im Zimmer war sehr alt. Teppichboden im Zimmer stark abgenutzt und unhygienischen. Das Bad mit alten Armaturen bei denen schon Grünspan vorhanden war.
Das Essen war einen 3 Sterne Restaurant gerechtfertigt. Im Hauptrestaurant sind wir uns vorgekommen wie in einer großen Bahnhofshalle. Was zu empfehlen war sind die 4 Tehmenrestaurants. Die Mitarbeiter in den Restaurants waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Beim Abreisetag wurde der Zimmerschlüssel entgegengenommen ohne mal nachzufragen ob es gefallen hat. Es wurde auch keine gute Heimreise gewünscht.

Moreover, we appreciate all the comments written, as we consider them an important part of our constructive communication. However, we would like to offer you some explanation on the aforementioned points. We can assume that you stayed in a Classic room, which according to our rooms’ description is not renovated. We hope you have contacted our Guest Service desk in order to inform our agents about your dissatisfaction with the room, so we could have offered you another option available. Please also be kindly informed that this type of rooms will be renovated during the winter and will be offered with all the amenities of a Deluxe room in 2018 season. It is inevitable that some areas of our resort, like our main swimming pool, accommodate the majority of our guests. However, as Creta Maris Beach Resort is located in an area of 150,000 sq.m., and offers 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one more quiet area. In addition, our pool attendants are more than happy to assist our guests finding an available sunbed. As concerns the offered food, we do our best in order to satisfy all the tastes, while at the same time to provide high quality local ingredients. In the 6 restaurants found on the premises of Creta Maris Beach Resort, traditional cuisine meets with "guest cuisines". Moreover, we would like to inform you that our main restaurant “Cosmos” is the biggest restaurant of the resort, as it can accommodate simultaneously up to 700 guests. Our guests who want more quietness have also the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is smaller in size or of outdoor dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra for lunch and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner).
