Allow me to start by saying thank you for choosing Constance Lemuria Seychelles as your holiday destination and for taking the time to share with us your feedback in regards to your overall experience at our Resort. I sincerely apologize for your less positive experiences that eventually added up providing you with frustration. Many of our activities and a la carte restaurants were fully-booked due to the very high occupancy. I am deeply sorry for all the inconveniences. We are currently reviewing the Constance wet amenities selection for our suites & villas bathroom. We have decided to remove the traditional plastic bottles and implement reusable bottles made of wheat. At the time of your stay, Hair Conditioner was still not available in our stock. I apologize if the same was an inconvenience during your stay. We highly value your feedback as it serves us in constantly reviewing and improving our services to enhance our guests’ satisfaction.
