Er war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich hilfsbereit – egal ob es um kleine Wünsche, organisatorische Fragen oder besondere Anliegen ging. Nauf hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Alles lief perfekt, die Unterkunft war sauber und wunderschön, das Essen hervorragend und das gesamte Personal unglaublich herzlich.
