Die 5Sterne wurden hier in der Lotterie gewonnen kein deutschsprachiges Personal sehr unfreundliches Personal und absolut keine griechische Atmosphäre wir wurden leider in dieses Hotel umgebucht da unsere gebuchte Anlage überbucht war sonst hätten wir dieses Hotel nicht gebucht. Für uns leider eine sehr mißlungene Urlaubswoche.

Dear Madame, Thank you very much for your review. However, we believe that your submission could easily mislead other people reading it. The hotel is officially a 5 star hotel and that is recognised from all certified tourist authorities in Greece which regulate according to European Union standards. Also, other private organisations have certified that the hotel standard of service is of high quality (Zoover etc). In adittion, the hotel's customer reviews on the internet and on the hotel's internal surveys feedback results have mostly shown excellent and very good quality of service as well as high quality and variety of food and beverages. To conclude on that, the hotel has been awarded with HACCP and ISO certificates. These worldwide organisations certify that the hotel is operating according to total quality management procedures for its service provided as well as a food safety and quality management. We may show some understanding on your frustration of not getting what you originally booked as you mention, eventhough the hotel that you were transferred is much more of highest value and of higher star rating and quality. We may also accept the fact that you did not like it, however when rating a hotel anyone should be more realistic and subjective and should describe facts and dislikes objectivelly when critisising and reviewing.
