Sehr schönes Hotel und Anlage. Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Apartments sehr hellhörig sind. Aufgrund der Lage des Hotels, des Privatstrandes und der wunderschönen gelegenen Poolbar, würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Flughafen in Heraklion. Hier muss man sehr viel Ruhe bewahren, sehr chaotisch, dreckig, völlig überfüllt und überfordertes Personal.
