Das 5-Sterne Hotel Blue Lagoon Village ist insgesamt ein solides und ordentliches Resort. Das Publikum ist gemischt und niveauvoll aber nicht abgehoben wie man es zB bei Robinson oft sieht. Der versprochene Sea View ist leider nicht vorhanden. Das Hotel geht darauf auch bei anderen Gästen nicht auf Anfragen und Beschwerden ein. Das Sportangebot ist faktisch nicht vorhanden. Es gibt zwar Tennisplätze, diese sind jedoch die meiste Zeit gebucht. Leider spielt dann aber wirklich niemand dort. Wenn Mann sich Schläger leihen möchte, muss man einen Kilometer den steilen Weg zur Rezeption laufen um diese zu leihen. Dies ist jedoch nicht möglich wenn Mann selbst den Platz nicht reserviert hat und dies OBWOHL das Hotel weiß das kein Gast spielt. Diese Situation haben wir mehrfach angesprochen. Darauf hin hat sich das Rezeptionspersonal über uns lustig gemacht. Sie wissen das alles aber machen nichts dagegen. Das ausgeliehene Material war eine absolute Frechheit. Bälle ohne Filz und komplett kaputtgehauene Schläger, teilweise ohne Griffinlets.. Das wird einem 5-Sterne Hotel nicht gerecht.
