Dear Guest, it is appreciated you spent time writing a review regarding your stay at Blu Hotel Morisco Village, one of our properties in Cannigione di Arzachena. Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we may be able to reply to some of your concerns. The hotel is, luckily, in city centre of Cannigione. That means that many people are to be found in the surroundings of the hotel (many days a week there’s even a market). Cleaning in the rooms is done scrupulously every day. We are, anyway, always glad to provide an extra cleaning, if requested. We are sorry about the issue with the service in the restaurant. It is usually very punctual and nice. We will look into it. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of our reception staff.
