Blu Hotel Morisco

Dear Customer, thank you for writing a review about your stay at one of our facilities in Cannigione di Arzachena, the Blu Hotel Morisco Village. The opinions of our customers are essential to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We regret that your stay was not up to your expectations, however, we believe we can respond to your comments. We are sorry that you did not appreciate our restaurant service, which consists of excellent raw materials that change daily. Among the various proposals, we have several traditional Sardinian dishes including first and second courses, side dishes and desserts, and a typical evening once a week. The pasta is cooked with rigor and seasoned just right, we regret that you did not appreciate but if you had paid attention to us on site we would have solved and meet your needs. The scrambled eggs, on the other hand, are tasty and juicy, as the recipe calls for. We struggle to understand your comment on this. Regarding the cleaning, we are sorry that you are not satisfied but we would like to specify that they are carried out with rigor morning and evening every day, it is not always possible to see the cleaners at work because they clean at times when the guests do not crowd it. However, we are always available for extra cleaning. Since our village is immersed in a natural environment, it is normal that there are ants and flies, although we carry out periodic pest control, as well as periodic maintenance and routine. We hope you will reconsider your opinion and allow us the pleasure to welcome you again at our Blu Hotel Morisco Village or in another of our more than 30 structures throughout Italy. Best regards.
