I can really recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Cancun and like to be active and not only staying in the hotel (because all in is not bookable)! Due to the fact that it has only 3 floors, it is much nicer that the other ugly hotel bunkers. the garden and ground is kept very immaculate. You don't hear the cars of the street! Also the breakfast is recommendable, you get american style breakfast with pancakes, eggs, very delicious omelette, hot food, fruits, coffee etc. (buffet) we also tested the restaurant in the evening and the meal was good as well. The rooms are quite ok, clean and the beds are also comfortable. The first night the air-condition or something else smelled irritant Like chlorine or mold), and it was possible within the same night to change the room, so also the service is very good. We had no further problems. All in all it is a very good price relation compared to the location, the rooms, the pool & beach and the food. If you like to get a cheap hotel which is clean, central and you need no special offers, then its perfect. We also made a lot of day trips. Nothing special, but almost as good as the 4 stars hotel we booked for the week after cancun (playd del carmen second week)! Wer Mexico sehen möchte ist in Cancun falsch! Hier gibt es nur Nachtleben & bissl shopping, außerhalb der Hotel Zone kann man nicht viel machen. Sehr amerikanisch, kaum mexicanisch. Eine Woche hat gereicht, für Pärchen & Kulturinteressierte ist Cancun eher nicht geeigniet. Playa del Casrmen ist dagegen viel idillischer, das Nachtleben genauso gut, nur stilvoller (mehr mexicanische Bars, keine Discotempel) & nicht annähernd so ruhig wie alle sagen!! Sehr schöne alternative zum kommerziellen Cancun wenn man schon in einer Tourihochburg sein will!

super Frühstück, die besten Omelettes die ich kenne. Für jeden was dabei. Natürlich sollten die Erwartungen nicht übertrieben hoch sein und Problemesser werden auch hier was zu meckern haben. Restaurant nur ein mal getestet, hat aber auch gut geschmeckt und war ansprechend zubereitet.

Personal-top, sehr hilfsbereit, mussten unser Zimmer wechseln und es war sofort möglich, immer Auskunft erteilt. Alle Mexicaner waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, dann war der Tip (Trinkggeld) auch verdient.

We walked along the other hotel beaches and I have to say that the beach is almost the best of the hotel zone: broad, white, no stones in the water, free chairs etc. The hotel is located perfect, only 2 bus stations to the nightlife and the bus station is directly in front of the hotel.
