We have taken note of your comment regarding the service on the pool area and we would take the opportunity to inform you that we have recently started the service on the balinese bed area and we will soon extend it to the whole pool area. On the other hand, we are glad for your highlight on the cleanliness of our installations, being fully aware that this is an aspect of primary importance for our guests to feel comfortable in our hotel, our housekeeping staff undertakes a thorough cleaning of our installations and rooms on a daily basis. It is also good to know that you really enjoyed our unbeatable location close to the beach,bars and restaurants.
