Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Service war Top, mit Art Deco hat das gabze aber nicht viel zu tun, die Einrichtung ist leider nicht sehr imperial und wirkt eher billig.

I am happy to read you enjoyed cleanness and service offered by our hotel. I am very saddened our hotel did not live up to your expectations and personal taste. The Imperial is usually chosen and highly appreciated by our guests for its unique interior design and architectural features. Let me please inform you the hotel is operating in a historical building and is declared a National Cultural Monument for keeping the original and unique Art Deco design since 1914. I am also very surprised by your comments about design, which is usually one of the highlights of all reviews.
