We regret that our food on offer did not reach your expectations; your comment related with the food variation runs totally against to what the vast majority of our guests usually tell us; however, we thank you for your remark, which has been taken under serious consideration for future improvements. A kind clarification, which we believe is needed, is that we are happy on hosting guests from all over Europe and our Hotels are far from one destination's Hotels or a club's design; We, as it is clearly mentioned in all catalogues of our Partners Tour Operators, do not provide animation; this 'light' animation activities, which in majority are addressed for little children, are under the responsibility of a certain Tour Operator that we cooperate with, providing among others, some activities that all our guests can join.
