Regarding your comment about the dinner buffet, please note that the chef always personally checks the dishes before they are served, and we have the proper equipment to keep the food at the correct temperature. However, we will review the process in case there was any isolated issue. We also have a specialist who checks and supervises the pool temperature several times a day.
