Wir waren das 2. Mal als Familie im Amwaj Rotana JBR und sind erneut begeistert über das unglaublich, freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Jeder einzelne hier macht es zu etwas ganz besonderem. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Kleine Anliegen wurden sofort gelöst und man fühlt sich rundherum wohl. Spezielle Wünsche wegen Unverträglichkeiten/ Allergien wurden nach Rücksprache umgehend erfüllt. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Wir möchten uns bei allen, explizit aber bei Khalif, Thomas, Julia, Mostafa, Monica, Mark, Hermes, Suwanneh (ich hoffe, ich habe den Namen korrekt geschrieben), Mohammed, Samir, Waddy, Sabrina, Htet, Kristina, Faisal, Kalesh, Oliver und Atif bedanken.
