Filoxenia”- Hospitality for us, as it has always been, continues to be of utmost importance, and a sacred relationship between host and Guest where its practices and rituals end up to a feeling of homecoming and ritualized friendship! Therefore, your praising comments on our facilities, our services and Team are truly rewarding and motivating to keep us alert for rendering exceptional services to make “everything possible” for the satisfaction of our Guests and we thank you so much for taking the time to review, beautifully comment and share your experience with Holiday Check Community! Besides, having our concern to continuously trying to improve our facilities and the surroundings to make your stays exceptional, creating memories to last for many years, for ensuring this vision and objective, a Team of professionals and expertise on the hotel industry were pulled together to accomplish the renovation project, effective in operation as from April 2019. This project includes renovation and refurbishment of the majority of our rooms, the public places such as Lobby and Reception Area, the surroundings and the Gardens, the main Restaurant and the top eleven Bar and Restaurant. However, although you missed out the chance of staying in one of the renovated rooms, it gives us a sense of delight and content to read that your accommodation gave you the feeling of luxury and comfort , with ”nothing missing” ! Considering Food as one of our top priorities, I am truly happy you found Food here “varied and very tasty ” , hoping you enjoyed the wide choice of meat, fish, salads, olives, grills, stews, pasta, fruit from the Mediterranean and Asian Cuisine, at “Heliades” Restaurant terrace, with the magnificent views of the of the Aegean blue, or the amazing view of the Sunsets. I am sure you did not miss tasting items from the “Greek Breakfast Corner”, certified by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, with locally grown products such as yoghurt, honey, nuts, fruit, vegetables and you spoiled yourself with “Melekouni” the traditional, since antiquity, Rhodian honey, sesame seed cinnamon and thyme treat like nougat, originally offered to weddings, baptisms and feasts, or “Fanouropita” the traditional sweet fasting pie, made without any butter or eggs, offered on the memory of St. Fanourios on August 27 and given to believers as a blessing for helping to find whatever it is lost -material or spiritual- ! In the meantime, it is a pity you missed indulging yourself in joining any of the activities, swimming and yoga classes to give you a sense of recharge, revitalizing and self-balance! Or, you missed allowing yourself a treat in an ultimate rejuvenation and relaxation experience enjoying high quality services, massage and state- of- the- Art Treatments, by the experts of the kind, in our Spa and Wellness Centre, with the inspiring, elegant environment, considered among the best throughout Greece. I am urging you to keep these in the top-to-do list on your next stay here. I hope that your exploration of the island included among others a visit in the wonderful site of “Filerinos” and a walk along the Calvary route towards the impressive, big cross, feeling the spiritual aura, admiring the magnificent sunset disturbed by the weird background sounds-mating cries of beautiful peacocks !
