Obwohl wir eine Buchungsbestätigung in der Hand hatten, UND zusätzlich am Anreisetag angerufen haben, mit der Aussage, dass sich unsere Anreise verspätet, dies jedoch als "kein Problem" beantwortet wurde, wurden unsere 4 Doppelzimmer an andere weitergebucht! Nach knapp 2 Stunden erhielt unsere 7 köpfige Gruppe 2 Zimmer...eines mit 4 Betten, ein weiteres mit 3 Betten belegt. Die Übernachtung kam einer Herberge gleich! Fazit: NIE WIEDER!!!

Dear Christian, thank you very much for your comment. Let me explain you the situation. You have booked non guaranteed reservation, which are usually held by the hotels latest around the world until 18:00. It is the same case at our hotel. When you called, my colleague at reception told you that and informed you that in case you arrive later, we can not guarantee you the rooms as the sell of the rooms is still going on. By the time you arrived to our hotel, we have received another bookings, which were guaranteed and secured by valid credit card. As we did not want to move part of your group to another hotel, we offered you option to make 2 rooms, one with 4 beds, one with 3 beds. And you agreed with it.
