Dear Tina, Thank you for your interest and your decision to spent your holiday in our beautiful Solaris Beach Resort with 5 hotels, Villa's, campsite and little marina. Regarding your complaint we are very sorry for your complaint and that this hotel doesn't fulfill your expectations. This year we have changed Hotel Andrija from all inclusive to halfboard hotel and also we changed into children's hotel. This winter we connect 76 rooms with doors and get family rooms – and make them bigger and more comfortable for families. Also, we invest in many children's facilities (children's reception, children's playground, restaurant, animation etc) – we try to fulfill all the expectations of families for ideal holiday. Regarding the food, standard for food is that everything should be fresh. Base of preparing the food is that we prepare it from fresh ingredients of local origin and without preservatives. Also, standard is certain number of meals that is standard for 4 star hotels. Our guests are always on the first place, so we thank you for kindly remarks from our guests. We always try to improve all the disadvantages. So we hope that you will visit us again and give us an opportunity to make your vacations enjoyable and memorable.
