Dear Davor, Thank you for choosing Solaris for Your family vacation, and also thank you for taking the time to write about your impressions on staying in hotel Jure. I am truly sorry that we did not live up to your expectations, we are very much aware of the all the sacrifices ,planing, and everything it takes to ensure your loved ones have a wonderful time and a memorable experience on the vacations that you eagerly wait for all year long. I am aware that Hotel Jure is not a new hotel and we are planning a complete reconstruction in 2015., but also at the present moment, the hotels quality and service meet all the required standards for a 4* hotel, so I will be free enough to assume that the reason for your unsatisfaction is because the hotel was not well presented and recommended by a third party. In my opinionn, the best choice for You and your family would have been our Kids hotel Andrija where all the facilities and entertainment are aimed to give your children the most memorable moments. Hoping that You will accept our sincere apologies and give us the opportunity to welcome you in Solaris again and provide you with a vacation to remember, I send You my best regards!
