Rollstuhl Zimmer, nicht Rollstuhl gerecht, schwer erreichbar , baufällig, mit vielen Mängeln , personal schlecht geschult wenn man Ausflüge machen will, überteuert, liegen extra 5€, Pool extra 12€...

    Dear Mr YoungLiving, Thank You for Your review and feedback. Reading Your review and taking in consideration that You were within our resort while the congress of Young Living was occurring, we can not confirm You were the guests of Lifestyle Hotel Jure ****+. It seems like You put Your review to a wrong hotel, as a mistake. Please, if You can contact us directly to check which of the hotels in our resort You were guests, so we can correct this. It is really not ok either is not correct to put a feedback about place where You didn't stay. Within our resort there are five different hotels, with different category, and also some other accommodations, such as Dalmatian Star Homes, Villa Kornati, mobile homes or even camping area. Due to the prices of the sunbeds or pools, we offer for our hotel guests special discounted prices and the pool entrance is not charged. Spa is charged and in this spa ticket, You have included the usage of the pool, sauna, relax zone, towels, bathrobes… Maybe You were thinking on this. It is very difficult to clear this situation once when You are gone. Even if You were guests of hotel Jure, we could easily sort it all out if You told us – we could provide You with all the necessary information, and also clear all eventually misunderstandings. All of our front desk staff, as well the concierge, are there to assist You with infos about excursions. They are handling with the great amount of information, but they are acquainted with it. We are sorry if You missed it. I hope You will get back to us directly, so we can check what exactly has happened, and in which of our hotels or other units You stayed in.
