Dear Guests Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback and review and we are really very sorry that your experience wasn't up to your standards or expectations. We can see from the low rating to our location that you were not satisfied from it so again we are very sorry for that but we are a relatively new hotel on its 4th year of operation and in a prime beach front location in one of the most developing and beautiful locations on the north of the island. We are also very sorry that you didn't like so much our food even though we provide a quite reach buffet with at least 12-14 different options in the Hot buffet, 5-6 options in the salad bar, 5-6 options on the cold plate buffet, 5-6 different options in our show cooking station where our chefs cook instantly fresh pasta, fresh pizza, grilled vegetables, grilled chickens or burgers or grilled fish. In addition we provide soup of the day and Fruit buffet with 5-6 different options. We are really very sorry once more cause if we had the opportunity to know during your stay that you are not satisfied with some of our services we would have the chance and the opportunity to do our best providing closer to your expectations.
