Unterirdisch. Für mich unvorstellbar, wie das Hotel bei secret escapes angeboten werden konnte. Völlig arroganter Manager, der Probleme kennt, aber mit Ausreden und Ausflüchten auf Beschwerden reagierte.

lauwarme und unappetittliche Speisen, die total verkocht und widerlich angeboten wurden.
Der Stern gilt den Mitarbeitern, falls man mal welche gesehen hat. Die Armen waren total unterbesetzt :( Personal kostensparend auf Kante genäht, zulasten der Gäste und Mitarbeiter
