Sehr großes Hotel auf 3 Sterne Niveau. Leider nicht die versprochenen 5 Sterne. Lärmbelästigung würde TUI gemeldet und auch nestätigt. Reisepreisminderung abgelehnt, da angeblich nicht gemeldet... Im gleichen Schreiben bestätigt aber TUI dass der Mitarbeiter die Unzumutbarkeit bestätigt.

    Dear Grit, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are truly sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you were disappointed with certain aspects of your holiday. In particular, we regret that noise disturbances affected the quality of your sleep. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we understand how frustrating this can be. As our hotel is a large resort property, different periods of the season may have varying levels of activity and atmosphere. We are also sorry that the dining experience did not correspond to your personal expectations. Culinary preferences are naturally very subjective; however, we continuously strive to offer a wide variety of options that satisfy the large majority of our international guests. Regarding the comments about service and communication with TUI, we would kindly like to clarify that matters related to compensation requests and travel package arrangements are handled directly by the tour operator according to their internal policies and procedures. At the same time, we appreciate your positive remarks regarding our sustainability efforts, including the use of environmentally friendly alternatives such as paper straws.
