As a side note, it is mandatory for every passenger who got off the plane to be tested for free at the Airport with the most modern Covid-19 test of saliva and nasal mucus, which do not hurt. The use of a mask is mandatory for guests until the PCR result is known. If a passenger is tested and the results are positive, the individual is transferred to the hospital and relatives to an isolation center. At the hotel, all employees wear masks even on the outside and have regular temperature tests. Most of the meals will be "a la carte" in open areas except for assisted service at the buffet, with portioned service in small dishes. The entertainment will be promoted in open places and without person-to-person contact, as well as outdoor nature tours. The Spa won’t be fully open for treatments. A medical staff, including a doctor, a nurse, and a Specialist of Hygiene and Epidemiology will be always available and following up at the resort. If any guests wish to extend their stay, a new PCR must be performed at an additional cost.
Our guests can go anywhere on the resort (pool, beach, restaurants, etc.), but it is mandatory using the masks until the negative PCR result is known, after that, it is recommended to comply with the security protocols.
