In line with the regulations of the World Health Organization, the European Infectious Disease
Control Center (ECDC) and the Ministry of Health, we have arranged our services according to this
New Normal in order to ensure that our guests may spend their holidays in more healthy and safe
environment.
As of the day announced for Covid 19 by the Ministry of Health, we temporarily closed our facility in
order to protect the health of both our guests and staff in March. During this period, we have
renovated all our economic rooms, standard rooms and junior rooms completely, and continued
maintenance work in other room types. We have completely renewed some of our general area
Toilets in the facility, we have performed our infrastructure maintenance and repairs, we have
maintained the air conditioners and all our air conditioners are regularly maintained by our
contracted company. In addition, our Pes control applications are also carried out periodically by our
contracted company.
We have minimized the risks that our guests may encounter during our services. We will measure
body temperatures every time guests enter the hotel. If the body temperature is 38 C and above, we
will send our guests to our hotel doctor or health institution and we will make sure that they will be
taken care for protecting their health.
The social distance rule has been applied in the areas where our guests can wait such as reception,
restaurant, bar, elevator front etc.
We have made publications, brochures etc. about applications for Covid 19 and personal hygiene
measures to the determined areas.
We specifically cleaned and disinfected the rooms for our guests. After the disinfection, we locked
the room so that our first guest could use it. Our housekeeper will clean the room with protective
equipment (disposable gloves, mask, bonnet and shoe covers).
Chemical products of Diversey company, which have successfully passed the tests carried out by the
European Union Detergent Regulation, are used in all areas of our facility.
In our hotel, ISO-9001-2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO-14001-2015 Environmental
Management Systems, ISO 22000 Food safety systems standards are applied.
In the guest rooms, general cleaning procedures are applied in the room after check out. In
particular, necessary equipment for our housekeeping staff; disposable gloves, mask, apron, etc.
products are supplied with sufficient stock. In the general cleaning stage, windows, door handles,
faucets, seat edges, tables, headboards are cleaned thoroughly, which can be touched by guests.
Also the washing process is applied at advised temperature.
The relevant trainings were given to our personnel regarding Covid 19, the personal hygiene
opportunities of our staff were increased, disinfectants were provided to their units and their work
areas were disinfected.
Our meals will be served to our guests in our main restaurant as open buffet by our kitchen team.
Restaurant rules may be organized depending on the operation.
We placed automatic hand disinfectants at the entrance, lobby, restaurant entrance and spa
entrance.
Our guests will be able to enter the areas of our hotel, such as the game room and terrace cafe, with
a mask, and these areas will be disinfected during the day.
Our guests will wear masks while using our activities such as Fitness center, Hammam, and will
comply with the social distance rule and instructions for use.
We constantly clean and disinfect our guests' common usage things such as sun loungers, elevator
buttons, wc's, locker rooms etc. so that they can use them safely.
We select the food and beverages that we will offer to our guests from registered vendors and wellknown
brands that produce healthy food, and we receive them in a controlled manner by
disinfecting their packaging while receiving. Our food and water safety risk management system is
constantly being audited by official and independent external audit firms. Guests can consume our
food and drinks safely.
If our guests feel the symptoms of Covid19 (high fever and difficulty breathing) during their stay, they
can call the reception and inform us, so we can immediately get their referral to our hotel doctor or
healthcare facility. As a result of the inspection, we will expect our guest to strictly follow the rules
and asked to pay attention.
In order to take the relevant precautions in line with the criteria specified in the certification of the
Ministry of Tourism, we continue our efforts rapidly by staying in contact with the relevant
institutions such as the Ministry of Tourism, Tourism Associations, our Occupational Health and
Safety Specialist, our doctor and related institutions.
