Wat Thawet - ein Wat der besonderen Art

Dieser Tempel befindet sich etwas ausserhalb von Sukhothai. Ca. 10km. Wir sind mit dem Motorradtaxi dort hin gefahren. Im Garten befinden sich lebensgrosse Figuren aus Beton, die bunt angemalt sind. Diese bringen den leseunkundigen Besuchern die buddhistischen Legenden nahe.
