Dear Mr. Rolf, Greetings from the Ghaya Grand Hotel! Thank you for taking your valuable time out to share with us your review of our hotel. Kindly accept our humble apologies if we fell short in your expectations of us being a worthy hotel in-spite of us doing our best to please all our hotel guests including you. Our location is apt if for clientele that want to be amidst a 10 minutes driving distance from the likes of JBR Beach, IBN Batuta Mall in one side and the Mall of Emirates in the other. Global Village, Miracle Garden, Dubai Auto-Drome places known for their tourist footfalls a 5 minute drive, Jumeirah Golf Course and ICC Cricket stadium dotted around our hotel for sports related tourism. These being the summation of top places to see in Dubai for Tourism right around the hotel, hence I humbly apologize if we could not cater to your location need of being aptly positioned. I do also hope you made use of the complimentary shuttle bus services we have designed throughout the day to most of the top tourist destinations Dubai has to offer. We have also kept numerous complimentary shuttle buses throughout the day to different locations like JBR Beach, Marina Mall, Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall, Dubai Outlet Mall and during seasons bus to Global Village and Miracle Garden to ease commuting .I apologize once again if this did not suit your expectations too.
