Dear Guest, Thank you for your time and sharing us your valuable time , we do apologize for inconvenience , our Engineering department fixed was missed , but there is back area where our main stores not for our guests use. Hotel built of stone design also landscape as well , it is always under maintenance as in house can see , a buffet consists 12 items on internal buffet , live cooking outdoors includes live baking bread , life pizza , pasta station , live cooking grill add to that cold section ( salads ) and different selection of desserts is not little . staff serve our guests always in good manners and we will re-concentrate our training program on such attitudes to be at best levels.
