Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia beach club team First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for you comment about hotel service and staff , we appreciate your comment and we will do our best to improve our service specially what you have mentioned about food but as you have said that food was okay in the first week but the second was not good , we will talk with our chef to see how we can keep our standard food by changing our week menu to be 14 days menu in order to satisfy all our guests. Finally we would like to apologize if some thing happened and disturbed you in the second week of your stay but as you know that the situation is not the normal situation as normally we the majority of Utopia beach guests from west Europa but for the actual situation all the world lives we mean Corona virus .
