Totale Enttäuschung. Die Anlage war bestimmt in neuem Zustand sehr schön, mittlerweile müsste diese aber überall renoviert bzw. instand gehalten werden. Alles ist regelrecht vergammelt, ob es die Liegen am Strand....die Sonnenschirme....die Bodenfliesen usw. sind. Auf den Wegen fehlten z.T. die Pflastersteine, so dass man im Dunkeln aufpassen musste sich nicht den Fuss zu verstauchen. Halbvolle Getränkegläser standen 3 Tage herum bis sich jemand erbarmte und diese entfernte. Beim Frühstück bei dem wir immer die ersten waren, lagen jeden Morgen noch Essensreste vom Vortag am Boden bzw. Krümmel auf dem Tisch. Vom Essen will ich nicht viel sagen, man isst in jedem Schnellimbiss oder Autobahnraststätte besser. Fleisch war meistens total zäh. Die Poolbar belagerten ab 10 Uhr tschechische Urlauber so das man selbst gar nicht versuchen brauchte dort etwas zu Trinken. Die Tschechen durften auch selbst nach den Vodkaflaschen greifen und einschenken. Hatten wohl gut Trinkgeld gegeben. Im Pool selbst bemerkte man kaum Chlor. War wohl auch der Grund warum ich mir von dieser dreckigen Brühe beide Ohrgänge mit Bakterien verseucht habe und diese in Deutschland dann mit Kortison und Antibiotika behandeln musste. Da wir beim Heimflug mit Small Planet 67 Stunden Verspätung hatten, wurden wir im Jaz Solaya Hotel untergebracht. Das war ein Traum. Also Utopia Beach geht gar nicht.
In die Jahre gekommen. Aufwischen war nicht die Stärke des Roomboys.
Kantinenessen unterster Klasse
Service gab es keinen. Getränke musste man selbst holen. Auch beim Abendessen.
Was soll man erwarten. Drumherum ist Wüste.

Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia Beach Club We would like to thank you for your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia Beach Club,and also for your comment about hotel,and in the same we to apologize if you did not have a nice holiday as you have expected but let us clear the situation about what you have mentioned ,first about room,as you know that in Utopia we different room categories from standard room ,superior room,family superior room,deluxe room,family deluxe room and junior suite,we have renovated a lot of rooms,and we will continue our renovation ,about service as you have seen that drinks machine in three areas so it takes less than one second to get a drink no body needs hand ,main restaurant if some one ask to the waiter to get him a drink he will get him,other way he can get himself in less than one minute,about food as you have seen that every evening we have meat fish and chicken,beside the main restaurant ,for dinner we have the Mexican restaurant ,on the beach we have beach restaurant for lunch ,pizza time and fruit salad ,for lunch we the second choice by pool,breakfast in the main restaurant different kind of dishes such as different kind of cheese ,different yogurt ,jam,honey,omelette station ,waffle and fruit salad and many other dishes ,about what you have mentioned that czech guests get a vodka bottles by tipping ,it is not true as every guest get all drinks in a glass,hoping that we have cleared the situation and hoping to see you again next year to see the difference .
