Super geeignet zum Schnorcheln / Tauchen, sofern man keine Ansprüche an das Essen hat - eintönig und geschmacklos mit ein bisschen Sand. Gewisse Dinge werden nur während einer Stunde angeboten (z.B. Pizza 15:00-16:00 Uhr oder Kaffee und Kuchen 16:00-17:00 Uhr) als Taucher verpasst vieles. Sehr lärmig bis spät in die Nacht.
Für Ägypten, ganz gut. Zimmersave hatte keine Batterie, wurde jedoch vom Personal sofort behoben. Aircondition vorhanden und funktioniert auch :) Duschscheibe in unserem Zimmer viel zu kurz - wird alles nass. Duschkopf fix an der Wand montiert. Wasser hat immer dieselbe Temperatur. Bei unserer Balkontür hat eine Türklinke gefehlt, d.H. jeder hätte in unser Bungalow kommen können. Architektur resp. Fassade der Gebäude ist schön.
All die tollen Bewertungen, bei welchen das Essen gelobt wird, verstehe ich überhaupt nicht. Überhaupt nicht gewürzt, immer dasselbe nur eine andere Variation davon. Desserts sind schön angerichtet aber geschmacklich unterirdisch. Auch die "berühmten Knoblauchbrote" durften wir degustieren. Völlig übersalzen. Brot an sich gut. Pizzas welche es während einer Stunde gab, ebenfalls.
Zimmerservice und Kellner tiptop. Rezeption faul und ineffizient. Mir wurde versprochen etwas abzuklären und mich in einer Stunde anzurufen. Habe den Anruf nie erhalten. WLAN kostenpflichtig.

Ich war jeden Tag mit Tauchen und Schnorcheln beschäftigt. Die Tauchbasis ist super (auch wenn das Abrechnungssystem mittelalterlich - nur Cash in Euro, der ATM kann aber keine Euro rauslassen). Das Riff ist sehr schön. Wichtig: Nachttauchgänge sind keine erlaubt. Nach Sonnenuntergang sich am Strand aufzuhalten ebenfalls nicht. Das scheint, gem. Rezeption, in ganz Marsa Alam die Regelung zu sein. Animationsteam vorhanden, nicht genutzt. Beachvolleyball, Tennis etc. Einige Shops rund um das Hotel gibt es auch. Jedoch wurden wir vom Parfümverkäufer verarscht und ein anderes Parfüm, als das was wir glaubten zu kaufen, wurde abgefüllt. Haben wir dann Zuhause festgestellt..

Second let us clear the points you have mentioned regarding the room we have renovated the majority ,the safe you have in the room is new ,the water for shower cold and hot and you can easily moderate as the temperature you look for,the balcony door can be repaired in few minutes if you have asked,no body can go inside the room from the balcony as we have our security agents all over the hotel and in the same time we our control system. About the food we are so sorry that you did not enjoy our buffet but we will discuss with our chef in order to change the menu as we have week menu in order to satisfy every one ,we provide different buffet for all guests for the breakfast buffet you will find omelette station,yogurt different cheese fruit salad different kind of bread ,beans, different kind of desserts boiled eggs etc,for the lunch buffet you will find meat chicken fish ,different kind of bread rice pasta vegetables salad fruits etc,for the dinner buffet you will find live cooking pasta station beside the hot buffet salad desserts you will find ducks turkey chicken grill fish craps etc.in the same of lunch time by the pool you will find sandwich .anyway we will try to provide more food variety . About the perfume you have chosen was not the same you have got we will see the perfume shop and we will control every activity in the hotel.
