Hotel und Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten schöne Anlage. Für Schnorchler und Taucher ein tolles Riff. Leider werden Getränke oft in Plastigbechern serviert. Nur 2 Wasserflaschen pro Tag und Zimmer, die man an Wasserspendern auffüllen muss. Beim Essen war für jeden was dabei.
Getränke muss man sich selbst holen. Erst nach einer Beschwerde wurden die Tische besser abgeräumt und neu eingedeckt.
Um das Hotel ist nur Wüste. Vom Flughafen Marsa Alam schnell zu erreichen. Ausflug zur Bucht Marsa Mubarak zu den Schildkröten und der Seekuh lohnen sich. Wir haben beides gesehen.

Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia beach club team We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for your kindly comment about hotel service and staff , we are so pleased to hear from you that you have enjoyed your vacation during your stay in Utopia beach club , we try to replace the plastic cups with glasses especially in the closed areas in the main restaurant we provide glasses in different bars only by the swimming pool or on the beach we have to use the plastic cups ,for tables we have to apologize we take care about cleaning all tables as we do a lot of training in order to improve the staff abilities.
