Dear guest Warm greetings from Utopia Beach Club We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment about hotel ,we have to apologize if you did not have a pleasant stay but as you have seen that the hotel management has done a lot of renovation in order to improve all service every where ,first of all now we have 5 restaurants the main,the Mexican,the Oriental ,the Italian and the beach restaurant and all of them for free ,new SPA,a lot of sport activity such as soccer,tennis ,beach tennis,volley ball bocce and diving school,different animation program,as Utopia beach club team staff and management try to improve all service in all areas.thanks hoping to see you again.
