Die Hotelanlage mit dem Haupthaus und den Nebengebäuden liegt in einem Hang. Und ist nur durch die Uferpromenade vom Meer getrennt. Es hat eine schönen großen Pool und einen kleinen Whirlpool. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt.
Igrane ist zu Fuß 45 Minuten entfernt. Der Ort Plato ebenfalls. Der kleine Ort Porat nur 10 Minuten.
