Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings ist die Gartenanlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Für Mahara Gold besteht die Möglichkeit im Grand Ressort das Abendessen zu genießen. Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich. Ansonsten dürfen die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch gestellt werden.
