wir haben das hotel aufgrund seiner tollen bewertung ausgesucht,leider wurden wir enttäuscht. das hotel verfügt über eine weitläufige anlage,im vorderen bereich werden die wege,rasen,steingärten gepflegt im hinteren bereich leider nicht.die beleuchtung an den wegen könnte abends heller sein.die zimmer sind sehr klein und das inventar bereits in die jahre gekommen, was man deutlich sieht.am abend war das hauptresaurant teilweise überfüllt und die urlauber mussten schlange stehen;die a la carte restaurant sollten daher ohne vorherige anmeldung öffnen: das essen ist lauwarm und ohne geschmack. für fast 3000 euro in einem 5 sterne hotel erwarte ich etwas anderes.

    Dear our beloved Guest, Thank you very much for your valued comment on Holiday Check. We appreciate very much that you share your impressions of your holidays at SUNRISE Select Royal Makadi Aqua Park Resort. We are very concerned with the comments you made specifically about the monotonous and cold food. We would like to apologize for that impression and assure you that we have already passed your valued comment directly to executive chef in our hotel. Also we would like to welcome the opportunity to address your comment personally with you during your next stay. As well kindly be informed that the temperature of each hot and cold item presented on our buffet is monitoring during each meal in all our restaurants and outlets to provide for our guests the highest standard of food. Regarding your comment about the crowdy Main Restaurant with “snaking” holidaymakers we would like to mention that during the lunch time - expect Main Restaurant - we are serving meal also in our second Main restaurant – Around the World. What is more – our A’La Carte system consists of 7 different A’La Carte Restaurant to be chosen from. Each evening our beloved guests can try different kitchen starting from Asian and Italian, going through Mexican, Oriental and Greek, until finishing with Mediterranean or Steak House. During each mea there is enough place for everybody to take their meal in comfortable conditions. We do regret that you did not mention about your problems while you were still with us. It will be our pleasure to assist you and to make you feel comfortable in 100%. As well the reservation system was provided to let all our beloved guests take their chances to try each one of the A’La Carte Restaurant and to prevent “overbooking” inside them. For those who found the procedure of registration hard or not clean enough we provide a guests service center desk in the lobby area in order to solve each single guests’ problem. The last good news we would like to announce is that our rooms, step by step, are going through “renovating” program. As you can see from the comments mentioned above we truly care about our guests’ opinion and we are doing our best to grow bigger for you. Your feedback is very valuable to us as we work to be better each and every day. We consider ourselves as good hoteliers that is why we are very happy for your criticism especially that it is very constructive for us.
