We are always concerned to read that there were certain issues that caused some level of unhappiness during your stay with us and would like to apologize for any dissatisfaction felt. We are unhappy that you didn't contact anyone of the management team who is always around and willing to find solutions for any cases so we could have handled the situation at that time. Regarding the variety of our buffet your comment surprises us as daily our main restaurant has different themesin order to satisfy all of our guests tastes. Regarding the all inclusive package , as in the majority of hotels in Rhodes, the all inclusive board is based on locally produced drinks whilst the branded beverages are also available on extra charge. We are saddened to read that you felt that our food and drinks have low quality however we do not seem to have similar complaints from other guests sharing this opinion We hope that you had some level of enjoyment during your holiday and that you would consider visiting our hotel again in order to change your perception.
