I am obviously sorry to read that we have not entirely lived up to your expectations as far as or facilities and services are concerned. There is always room for improvement and will use your feedback to re-establish standards where necessary and re-enforcing our training so as to achieve excellent levels of service even when the hotel is at high occupancy.
