Dear Guest, We appreciate your review on Holiday Check and thank you for the comments you have made, we are happy you were satisfied with the Ayurvedic experience. For our guests’ convenience we have translators available in several languages, so consultations with our Ayurveda doctors can be conducted in a productive way. We are primarily an Ayurveda Health Resort as our name indicates, but while we have access to the beach, it is not a private beach owned by the hotel. Despite this being the case, we have allocated staff to clean and maintain it so our guest can benefit from it too. The whole concept of the hotel is essentially based on peace and relaxation – and while children are certainly welcome, it is not marketed as an active destination for them. Continuous improvement is important to us and guest comments are invaluable to that effort; so thank you for bringing the issues to our attention.
