Our building dates from the 01's and some essential parts are in need of renovation. Lobby, 3 buildings of the complex and the villas are new constructions. Our committment to investing in our property will continue this winter with renovations to the old side of our complex. The Lambi sand dunes and beach constitute an ecosystem of outstanding natural beauty containing a rich variety of flora and used by sea turtles as a hatching ground. For that reason the whole coast line is an ecologically sensitive area. It is therefore prohibitive any intervention on the beaches, taking the view that any technical measures to develop the area will have a devastating impact on its environment.
