Es war unser fünfter Besuch in diesem Hotel. Einiges hat sich verbessert (größerer TV) - einiges war weniger gut. (z. B. Check-in). Auch die Küche zeigte die ersten Anzeichen, dass die EURO-Krise das Hotel erreicht hat.

Dear Mr. Holger, Thank you very much for your loyalty to our hotel and for your return visit in september 2014. We are glad to find out that you appreciated the improvements that took place last year in our hotel. Last year we have built 2 new piers, with the Chill Out Coco Beach on one pier and the addition of the Coco Beach Lounge & Club, a new restaurant for lunch that has been launched this year. Furthermore a remodellation of the beach in front of the hotel took place and we have changed matresses and hairdryers in the rooms as well as upgraded the wifi cover for the whole hotel. All of our rooms now features a large flat screen tv and we have added new channels. In reference to our check in process it has not changed, we are still offering our guests a valet parking service and offer a nice welcome drink upon check in, so we do not know what you refer to. Our rooms do not feature a kitchen, if you refer to our gastronomic offer inside of the hotel we have a great variety of fresh high qualtiy food and our chef are constantly innovating and changing the menu to better adapt to the demands of our international clientele, if you miss something concrete you are always welcome to ask our maitre or public relations that are every day at the restaurants, I am sure we can find suitable options for any guests neccesities, we even cater for special dietary requests.
