Sani Dunes

Hamburg, den 10.04.20.04.2019 Wir waren nun das zweit mal im Sani Dunes Resort und sind immer noch vom Gesamterscheinungsbild begeistert. Einfach einladend... von A bis Z und würden gern Weiterträumen dürfen. Ohne Wenn und aber – und das meinen wir auch so, sind die Mitarbeiter immer noch auf einem hohen Niveau wenn es um Höflichkeit, Fragen des Tagesablaufes, Reisevorschläge oder Sportangebote und Essenvorschläge geht. Man kann sich zu jeder Tageszeit an das mehrsprachige Mitarbeiter richten, wenn man etwas möchte. Es gibt hier so viel Gutes, dass es uns schwer fällt irgendetwas hervor zu heben. Wenn es eines ist, ist es die Poollandschaft mit seinen netten geschulten Mitarbeitern. Immer am Gast mit schneller Reaktion wenn man etwas möchte (Getränke, Essen) oder nur den Schirm öffnen o. Schließen. Der große Strand der jeden Morgen akribisch von den tollen Mitarbeitern gehakt und gepflegt wird, hat Karibische Verhältnisse. Die Essensmöglichkeiten sind in jedem Restaurant bei halbperson Buchung qualitativ lobenswert – und hervor zu heben. Die Qualitäten als auch die Freundlichkeit und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind einfach einladend. Die White Bar mit seiner White Nacht Veranstaltung war der Hammer. Erhöhter Blick von der Terrasse aus über das Meer – unterhalb der Strand, super Music und beste Getränke laden zur Abendlicher Zweisamkeit ein. Immer wieder.... Alles in allem kann man das Resort zu 95% weiterempfehlen, da auch wir ein zwei kleinere Probleme hatten. Leider kam zweimal das Abwasser vom darüber liegenden Appartement (wiederholt - da immer wieder überstriche wurde) aus der Decke und der Fernseher lief fünf fünfmal nicht als wir zum Abend hin schauen wollten. Das Personal war jedoch immer Bemüht, dass Problem schnell und unkompliziert zu beheben. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder – Besten Dank an alle Mitarbeiter vor und hinter dem SANI DUNS Resort. Simply inviting ... from A to Z and would like to dream away. Without ifs and buts - and we also mean that, the employees are still at a high level when it comes to courtesy, questions of the daily routine, travel suggestions or sports offers and food suggestions. You can address the multilingual staff at any time of day, if you want something. There is so much good here that it's hard for us to get anything out of it. If it is one, it is the pool area with its nice trained staff. Always on the guest with quick reaction if you want something (drinks, food) or just open the screen o. Close. The large beach, which is meticulously hooked and maintained every morning by the great staff, has Caribbean proportions. The dining options are praiseworthy in every restaurant at half-person booking - and to emphasize. The qualities as well as the friendliness and seating are simply inviting. The White Bar with its White Night event was awesome. Elevated view from the terrace over the sea - below the beach, great music and best drinks invite to the evening togetherness. Again and again .... All in all, you can 95% recommend the resort, as we had a two minor problems. Unfortunately, twice the sewage from the apartment above (repeated - as was repeatedly over painted) from the ceiling and the TV five five times did not go when we wanted to look for the evening. However the staff was always eager to fix the problem quickly and easily. We will definitely be back next year - thank you to all the staff in front of and behind the SANI DUNS Resort.
