Dear Sir/Madam, We would like to thank you for your constructive feedback as well as for your overall rating in the various categories. Certainly it is disappointment for us that you left with this kind of impression from our resort. However we always appreciate comments and suggestions coming from our guests, as it are the most valuable way to measure and of course to improve our standards. We have already have evaluated your feedback and have passed all your comments to our management team. Though, we would like to mention that we always encourage our guests to advise us prior to their booking as we have 13 properties and we can provide them guide them according to their needs. Aquis Sandy Beach is a lovely beach front resort and provides a lively environment with all type of facilities for children. It is sure not advised to guests that would like to relax in a more quite environment. We can reassure you that during quite hours all of our guests are advised to behave accordingly and of course to respect other guests. Moreover, as we are not sure what exactly you are stating with regards to the chloride water we cannot exactly comment on it.
