Our resort is located in a tranquil, remote area, providing guests with a peaceful getaway just steps from nature and the beautiful lake nearby. We’d like to share that our lobby bar has daily hours from morning until afternoon, providing a convenient spot to unwind. Regarding the restaurant, it is indeed open for special occasions to enhance those memorable events. Concerning water, we provide a complimentary bottle upon arrival and offer additional hydration stations, including postmix water at our bars and restaurants, so guests can easily access water as needed. As for the beach, seaweed can occasionally be present due to natural tides and weather patterns, and we work hard to manage its impact so guests can continue enjoying the beach. We also strive to provide ample seating options at the restaurant and beach bar, and we’re always exploring ways to enhance comfort in all areas. Additionally, the coin deposit system is part of our commitment to sustainability, encouraging mindful use of resources. We hope that, despite some unexpected challenges, you were able to enjoy your time with us, and we truly appreciate your feedback as we work toward enhancing the experience for all our guests.
